OO Security is recruiting confident, polished, and energetic individuals to join our VIP Hospitality Team in Nottingham.
This role is ideal for candidates with proven hospitality experience who are comfortable working in premium, fast-paced environments. You may have worked front of house, behind the bar, on the floor as waiting staff, or in a similar guest-facing role.
As part of our VIP hospitality team, you will help deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable guest experience. You will be representing the highest standards of service, presentation, and customer care across exclusive venues and high-energy events.
Prior hospitality experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, host, and assist VIP guests in a professional and engaging manner.
Serve food and drinks with confidence, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Support bar, floor, hosting, or front-of-house operations as required.
Process customer orders and transactions using tills where required.
Work closely with the wider team to maintain smooth, high-quality service.
Create a vibrant, premium, and memorable experience for every guest.
Adapt to the pace and demands of busy hospitality environments.
Represent OO Security and its clients with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, such as front of house, bartending, waiting, hosting, or similar.
Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Strong communication skills and a professional personal presentation.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient in fast-paced settings.
Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
Experience working within VIP areas, premium venues, private events, stadiums, festivals, or high-volume hospitality settings.
Experience using tills or handling customer transactions.
Bar, waiting, hosting, or front-of-house experience in a busy environment.
